Senior Health Care Professionals was started as a response to the increased need for primary medical care providers for the older adult and physically challenged in Colorado. Since 1987, we have provided services to people who reside in medical-residential settings. We have a unique, proven understanding of the needs of the client, family, care partners, and facilities. This understanding enables us to ensure effective communication between all care partners while promoting wellness.

We help care partners properly define and describe symptoms and problems, clarify and verify diagnoses, relate diagnoses to patient problems, and help establish a realistic prognosis and care goals.
